Shyla joined Family Support Services in May of 2016. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from West Texas A&M University.
Her professional experience includes working for Xerox Corporation as a Solutions Executive, National Cancer Institute as a National Kidney Cancer Project Coordinator, United States Army Medical Institute for Infectious Diseases as Program Analyst, a nonprofit assisting wounded and critically ill Marines and Sailors as a grant writer, a paralegal in a defense law office and as a mental health coordinator.
Jim Womack said he was looking for someone who was, a "jack of all trades". She said, "Well, I am just the person for the job!" and thus began her career at Family Support Services.
She enjoys her many roles at FSS and is a passionate advocate for all the people FSS serves. She enjoys educating the community about all the services FSS provides and educating others about the importance of mental health and the great modalities FSS offers such as Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
One can find Shyla either heading out on a road trip or regaling her co-workers with stories of her misadventures. She is very accident prone, enjoys being silly, loves the outdoors, and loves reading Navajo mystery novels by the one and only, Tony Hillerman.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Martha's Home.
Linda Frost began her career at Family Support Services in the former Polk Street Boutique thrift store. Linda worked in the Boutique for 4 years until it closed; due to Linda's excellent customer service skills, she was scooped up and transferred to the front office.
Linda's face is the first face that many of our clients see when they come to the FSS main office. She is well versed in the resources in our community, and if someone needs services that are not related to the ones we provide, she is able to direct individuals to those other resources. Linda is instrumental in communicating with our clients and their counselors for their sessions. Linda’s kindness, strength and positive attitude have been assisting clients and FSS staff for 11 years.
Linda enjoys working at FSS because it gives her the ability to be a part of helping others. She had never worked for a nonprofit before and considers working at FSS a blessing. Linda enjoys seeing clients have more faith in themselves and others, and finds those moments very encouraging. She also enjoys working with the great people at FSS. Linda has been married for 34 years and is a proud parent to two dogs, Barney and Tucker and two cats, Mable and Oliver.
Dolorse Rollins is the professional billing coordinator for FSS, with over 20 years of experience in billing. Even with the constantly changing technology in billing, she has stayed on top of the changes and improved the agency’s billing processes. Dolorse has worked for Family Support Services for 12 years and counting! She has a proven reputation around the agency for being a knowledgeable billing resource to our counseling staff.
Dolorse enjoys working for the agency because she has witnessed how the staff really cares about their clients and their families.
Dolorse hails from Canyon, Texas. She applied for her first job at A&W Root Beer in Canyon and was hired on the spot. During her first night of work there was a drag race night and she said she made more malts and shakes than she could ever count!
In her spare time, Dolorse enjoys her family including her 12 grandchildren, 5 children and following her musician husband to his gigs. She has been married for 30 years and is still her husband’s biggest fan. If there is a holiday, Dolorse will definitely be found in the kitchen making her family their favorite pink lemonade pie.

Sylvia is an Amarillo native and joined FSS in September 2017.
She enjoys spending time with her daughter. Together, they love to shop, watch movies and relax.
She is a welcomed addition to our team.
