One of the main goals of the counseling program at Family Support Services is the strengthening of children and families to promote mental health and self-sufficiency. Let us help your family.
Our model is a "strengths-based" model based on research which has shown clients progress more quickly and the interventions last longer using the family strengths model.
Family Support Services provides professional counseling services for individuals, children, families and groups. Services are provided by licensed professional counselors, masters level counselors and counseling interns. A sliding fee scale according to income is offered. Private insurance, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and Medicaid are also accepted. Other types of financial assistance may be available. Services provided include:
